Lesson terms

Booking and payment

• Single lessons are booked and paid for in advance on my booking page, by PayPal.
• 60-minute lesson: £60. 30-minute lesson: £35.
• Lessons are one-to-one, online or at my London studio.

If you need to cancel or reschedule

• 24 hours' notice or more: you can reschedule for free or get a full refund. Use the link in your booking confirmation email, or email me.
• Less than 24 hours' notice, or not turning up: the lesson is charged in full and not refunded.
• Arriving late: the lesson still finishes at the booked time.
• In a genuine emergency, get in touch as soon as you can and I'll do my best to help.

If I need to cancel

If I have to cancel or move a lesson, I'll let you know as early as possible and you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Blocks of lessons

• 4 lessons for £200, to be used within 3 months. 10 lessons for £400, to be used within 6 months, from the date you buy the block.
• The same 24-hour notice rule applies to each lesson in a block. A lesson cancelled with less notice counts as used.
• Lessons not used within the validity period expire.
• You can cancel a block within 14 days of buying it and get a refund, minus any lessons already taken (charged at the single-lesson price). After 14 days, blocks are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

Online lessons

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space. If a lesson is cut short because of a problem on my side, I'll make up the time or refund it.

Your voice and health

Lessons are about technique and artistry and are not medical advice. If you have ongoing hoarseness, pain or voice loss, please see your GP or a voice specialist. Let me know about anything that might affect your lessons, and I'll adapt them to keep your voice healthy.

Students under 18

Lessons for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on the student's behalf.

Mixing and mastering

Mixing, mastering and restoration projects are priced individually. The terms for each project, including up to 3 rounds of revisions, are set out in your quote.
